What we collect
QualiReps does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on remote servers. The application runs entirely on your device.
All practice data (exercises, sets, max tests, settings) is stored locally in your browser’s IndexedDB or your device’s local storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup file.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use third-party analytics that identify you. We do not share data with advertisers — there are no advertisers.
Backups and exports
You can export your data as a backup file (JSON) or as CSV at any time. These files are saved to your device. We do not receive copies.
If you import a backup file, it is read locally by the application. No data is transmitted.
Purchases
When you purchase the full version, payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction and may collect data — such as your email and billing details — according to its own Privacy Policy. QualiReps itself stores nothing server-side: we receive confirmation of a completed purchase and issue a license key.
We do not store your name, email, payment method, or any identifier on our servers.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the application schedules them locally on your device. No notification data is transmitted to any server.
Permissions
QualiReps may request the following browser permissions:
- Persistent storage: to protect your data from being purged
- Notifications: to deliver opportunity and daily reminders
These permissions are granted by you, used only for the described purposes, and can be revoked at any time through your browser or device settings.
Your rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf. Your data is yours, on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the application data in your browser, by uninstalling the application, or by using the in-app delete functions.
Children
QualiReps is designed for adults practicing strength training. We do not knowingly serve users under the age of consent in their jurisdiction.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at qualireps.app/privacy. Material changes will be communicated through the application.
