What we collect
QualiReps handles data in three places: the app on your device, the purchase, and this website.
The app, on your device
The app asks for no account, no email, no name and no device identifier. It contains no analytics, no trackers and no third-party fonts.
Your practice data (exercises, sets, max tests, settings) is stored in your browser’s storage on your device (IndexedDB). In normal use, nothing leaves your device.
When you buy
Buying is the one time data leaves the app.
- The app loads Paddle’s checkout, where you enter your email and payment details. Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record: it holds your payment and contact details, under its own privacy policy.
- When the payment is complete, the app sends our license endpoint only the Paddle transaction id, and receives your license key in return. The key contains that transaction id and the purchase date, and no name or email. Paddle can link the transaction id to you.
- Paddle also notifies our server of the completed purchase. Our server then fetches your email address from Paddle and passes it, with your license key, to Resend, the email service that sends you the license key email.
We do not store your name, email, payment method, or any identifier on our servers.
This website
This website uses GoatCounter to count visits, on every page. It does not identify visitors. It records the page visited, the referring page, and coarse browser and country information.
On the home, pricing, buy and form-guide pages, this website loads Paddle’s script to show the price in your local currency.
We do not share data with advertisers — there are no advertisers.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and neither does the app. GoatCounter counts visits without identifying visitors. Paddle’s script may set its own cookies on the pages where it loads; for those, see Paddle’s privacy policy.
Backups and exports
You can export your data as a backup file (JSON) or as CSV at any time. These files are saved to your device. We do not receive copies.
If you import a backup file, it is read locally by the application. No data is transmitted.
Permissions
QualiReps may request the following browser permission:
- Persistent storage: to protect your data from being purged
This permission is granted by you, used only for the described purposes, and can be revoked at any time through your browser or device settings.
Your rights
Your practice data is on your device, not with us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the application data in your browser, by uninstalling the application, or by using the in-app delete functions.
We keep no copy of your email or purchase details, so we hold nothing of yours to access, correct or delete. Paddle holds the records of your purchase; see Paddle’s privacy policy for your rights over them, or write to us at legal@qualireps.app.
Children
QualiReps is designed for adults practicing strength training. We do not knowingly serve users under the age of consent in their jurisdiction.
Changes
This policy may be updated. When it is, the new version is published on this page, qualireps.app/privacy, with a new date at the top. There is no account and no mailing list through which we could tell you, so please check this page from time to time.
