Merchant of record

Purchases of QualiReps are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your bank or card statement shows a charge from Paddle.com.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. You are refunded in full.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. To ask for one, use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email, or the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net. If you cannot find your receipt, write to legal@qualireps.app and we will help locate your purchase.

Your license key after a refund

A refund returns your money. It does not switch off your license key: the app checks the key on your device, without contacting any server, so we cannot turn it off remotely. After a refund, we ask you to stop using the paid features.
