Merchant of record
Purchases of QualiReps are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Your bank or card statement shows a charge from Paddle.com.
Refunds are requested and processed directly through Paddle — you do not need to contact QualiReps. Use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email, or the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net. If you cannot access your receipt, you can reach us at legal@qualireps.app and we will help locate your purchase.
14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
QualiReps is digital content supplied immediately. By unlocking the application with your license key before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that purchase. Until you unlock the application with the key, the right of withdrawal remains available.
Refunded license keys
A license key from a refunded purchase is invalidated. Once a refund is issued, the key no longer unlocks the full version.
