By using the application

By installing or using QualiReps, you agree to these Terms.

The application

QualiReps is a strength training ledger. It tracks your practice, calculates training doses, and signals progression moments. It is a tool, not coaching, medical advice, or a prescription.

You decide what to practice, how much, and whether to follow the application’s suggestions.

License

On purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use QualiReps for your personal training practice. The license is for the lifetime of the application and does not expire. There is no recurring fee.

Free demo

The free demo lets you try the instrument on one exercise. The demo is not time-limited and may be used indefinitely. Progression to additional tiers, additional exercises, and custom exercises require purchase of the full version.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller of QualiReps. Payment, taxes, and billing are handled by Paddle according to its terms; your bank or card statement shows a charge from Paddle.com. On a completed purchase, we issue you a license key that unlocks the full version on your device.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your license key is the only credential — there is no account. If you uninstall and reinstall, re-enter your license key to restore the full version. The key is emailed to you and shown on the purchase success page; keep it. If you lose it, contact us at legal@qualireps.app.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for practicing strength training safely. Strength training carries risk of injury. If you have a medical condition, are recovering from injury, or are unsure whether a movement is appropriate for you, consult a qualified professional before practicing.

QualiReps describes exercises and suggests doses based on published strength training methodology. The application does not know your body, your history, or your current condition. You are the only judge of what is safe for you.

Your data

Your practice data is stored on your device. We do not have access to it. We cannot recover it for you if you lose it.

We recommend regular backups, exportable from the application.

Intellectual property

The application code, the perfect form guides, and the QualiReps name and visual identity are the property of Olivier Lamglait.

The strength training methodology described in the application is based on publicly documented practice and is not proprietary. The perfect form guides are pedagogical synthesis of community knowledge and are freely accessible.

You may not reverse-engineer the application, redistribute it, or use the QualiReps name for derivative products.

No warranties

QualiReps is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the application will be available without interruption, error-free, or compatible with all devices and operating system versions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QualiReps. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the application.

Changes to the application

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of QualiReps. We will not remove access to features you have purchased without offering an equivalent or a refund.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at qualireps.app/terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
